"The operative information we receive testifies that not finished leaders and members of bands did not refuse their criminal plans and prepare for new acts of terrorism against peace citizens, naming that "jihad", - the Minister of Internal Affairs of republic general-lieutenant Hachim Shogenov declared on Monday to the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KBR.
He emphasized that in view of that it was necessary to speed up work on search and detention of participants of the band underground, to overlap channels of their financial support.
Many local observers regarded the ministers’ words, as some ground for carrying out of a new wave of reprisals against the believing part of the population in the republic.
"After the events of October 13th thousand people were detained. They were passed through a meat grinder; whom is the minister going to subject to repression else.
