The past January, according to Adygeya meteo-center, was the coldest for the last 30 years. In Tahtamukaysky district of republic the column of thermometer fell up to minus 32 degrees of Celsius; in Maykop - up to 28; in the mountain areas - up to 36, IА REGNUM correspondent reported. But the coldest January was in 1933 when in Maykop - minus 35.

February came. It brought a lot of snow and strong warming though and with minus temperature. But the February will not be warm all long, the chief of the meteocenter Alexander Mitrov said to the journalists of Adygeya radio.

"In a couple of days, namely since February 5th, above our region the cold front will be established again ", - he noted. The temperature thus will decrease on some days up to minus 15 and below. Especially it concerns northern areas of republic and the mountain territories.

Alexander Mitrov promised warming in the second decade of the month. In separate days the temperature will get warm up to plus 15. They expect small deposits in February; therefore freshet danger will be not great.

At the same time, according to the Ministry of agriculture of republic, position of farmers remains difficult. On some fields of republic are still covered with thin ice, formed during the January cold snap and roofed now by snow.
