The State Soviet-Khase of Adygeya accepted on January 17 in the third (final) reading the project of the republican budget for 2007. As the head of the profile committee of the parliament Rashid Mugu explained, the present adoption of the budget passed at the presence of the Adygeya president Aslancheriy Tkhakushinov.
Let's remind, in the end of the last year after the first reading in the project the budget the amendments, including the offers of the new leader of the republic were brought in.
Those amendments concerned the presidential reserve fund (it was increased up to 50 million rubles), the salaries of the state officials for December, which by the previous president with the purposes of reduction of the scales of the federal donations had not been included in the year budget. As a result of the amendments the deficiency of the budget increased from 50 million rubles up to 226 million rubles.
However even after that at the press conference of December 21 Tkhakushinov named the budget - 2007 "can be lost". The main argument thus was reduced that, in the opinion of the head of the republic, there was strongly underestimated figure of the own incomes - 1,4 billiard rubles instead of possible 2 billiard rubles. Under his information, the own income of Adygeya for 2006 has made 1,9 billiard rubles.
"We had counted this remark of the president, - Mugu notified, - at the second reading of the project the own income became 1,5 billiard rubles". Thus he specified that 1,9 billiard rubles is a strongly overestimated figure.
"Further, - according to the head of the budget committee, - the project of the budget will be sent for signing to the president. But after its signing the law on the budget can and, most likely, will be amended. "It will be necessary to take into account the offers of the new Cabinet of ministers", - Rashid Mugu said.
