29 марта 2006 года произойдет первое в нынешнем столетии солнечное затмение. На территории Алтайского края и на Северном Кавказе можно будет наблюдать полное затмение. По данным Пулковской астрономической обсерватории РАH, оно произойдет в 11 утра по московскому времени. Об этом сообщает радио «Эхо Москвы». Полное солнечное затмение - редкое явление природы…

On March, 29th, 2006 there will be a solar eclipse – the first in the present century. In Altai territory and in Northern Caucasus it will be possible to observe full eclipse. According to Pulkovskaya astronomical observatory of Russian academy of sciences, it will occur at 11 a.m. by Moscow time. Full solar eclipse is an unusual event of nature during which in the dark «night» sky it is possible to see the disk of the Sun blacked out by the Moon and surrounded by a bright crown.

In Karachaevo-Circassia the Office of Public Prosecutor investigates circumstances of the attack the militia employees in the republican capital. On January, 3rd in the law enforcement bodies of republic, on the eve in Cherkessk in the Park street militiamen stopped a man for checking his documents. Unknown person unexpectedly snatched out an automatic gun and shot several times in militia motor vehicle «Zhiguly».

Несмотря на сложную общественно-политическую ситуацию на Северном Кавказе поток туристов из Москвы и Европы, желающих встретить Новый год на горнолыжном курорте Приэльбрусье в Кабардино-Балкарии, не уменьшается. «Приэльбрусье не испытывает снижение потока туристов и отдыхающих после событий, ставших печально известными всему миру», - убеждали нас и в гостиницах Приэльбрусья.

Despite of complex political situation in Northern Caucasus a stream of tourists from Moscow and Europe, wishing to meet New Year on the mounting skiing resort Prielbrusiye in Kabardino-Balkaria, did not decrease. «Prielbrusiye does not feel decrease in tourists’ stream after the events become notorious to the whole world», - they convinced in hotels of Prielbrusiye. Premises got needed to be reserved one month or a month and a half prior to arrival.

«Черкесский конгресс» Адыгеи 4 января закончил работу над проектом обращения в международные инстанции, и завтра планируется обсуждение данного документа на активе организации. На этом же заседании будет решаться вопрос о том, куда должен быть направлено обращение – в Совет Европы или в ООН, а также, каким способом.

«Circassian congress» of Adygeya on January 4th completed its work on the project of reference to the international instances; tomorrow they will consider the text of the document at the sitting of its active body. During that sitting they will also discuss the question of the document’s destination –European Council or the UN, as well as the way of its sending.
